Shame I sent a parcel Feb 21 (2day) And delivery day is feb 28 Unbelievable what kind of business you run . Really unreliable service failing Icould

I mailed my parcel out of our area. The post mistress was very friendly, efficient, and patient. I will definitely use the service again. We are tracking the journey of the parcel.

Horrible. Was told shipping a letter would take 6 days. It has been three weeks and the letter has not yet arrived. And tracking is a joke. They can't find it and there's no recourse. Horrible.

My track number says my package arrived but I never got my package i lost my package

Quite upset as I paid the extra for a express delivery from Espanola, Ont to Moose Jaw, S.K. package has still nit been received in SK. What the heck is the point if paying extra when obviously the package is not delivered when said to be. I'll never pay express again, it's not like I would get my money back now.

4 have a package. that came from China and it is taking long to travel from Mississauga too Ottawa than it took to travel across the Ocean.. It states in tansit from Mississaga on Feb 23 and it is now the 27 of Feb. It is only 473 km and it usually take about 4 and a half hours. This is ridiculous.

My wife had a package which according to your tracking was to be delivered at the end of the day. Then it was out for delivery by end of the next day. Then it was delayed with no Information and now one week later we are still waiting. This not a good advertisement for efficiency and service

Where is my package? It show with tracking that is delivered but I’m still waiting for my package.

This is the worst experiene for me they have to deliver my passport after visa stamping and unfortunately they lost it never trust any system now I am in a big problem because of them

Shamefully embarrassing. Service at the office great. Once it leaves their jurisdiction, it’s absolutely anyone’s guess when your parcel will be delivered.

So much for paying extra for Express Post. I can't believe the package is still in transit when it should if arrived in Thursday. Will be putting in a formal complaint. Would rate a 0 if I could..

My package from Italy arrived in Mississauga within 10 days on February 16 at 5pm , until now I haven't received it yet.

Total pathetic service. Does not deserve any rating.
