I paid for overnight delivery on Monday and was assured by the Post Office personnel it would be there on Tuesday, Feb. 28th. This was a very time sensitive package with the potential for significant delay cost to me. After tracking continuously since Feb. 28th the details show it never left Hamilton until Mar. 1 and was not delivered to Toronto until Mar. 2. It took a refund promise of the XPress fee to light a fire under the Canada Post system. No one could give me a reason for the failure to timely deliver as promised and paid for. I can only give the individual issuing the Service Ticket a positive review. Your delivery service does not rate anything near a positive review.

Took six days for delivery of a Registered letter from Mississauga Municipality to Chatham-Kent in Ontario. What a pathetic delivery service by Canada Post !

Thank you Canada post for sending my package to Richmond rather than delivering it to my home in Vancouver. Thank you for not leaving a delivery failure notice on my building door, mailbox, buzzer, door, or anywhere else that anyone could possibly find it. Thank you for the hassle of taking public transit to a different city so I CAN PICK UP WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. With my disability I'm looking at about 3 hours for me to go pick up my package and return home. That's IF I don't get lost!

Has item in customs hold for 6 days now with no other info forwarded since Feb 23..paid for insured shipping which is supposed to include updates on where the package is..6 days to look at a package?? You’re a joke!

If this could be a negative number it would be minus 10. The people in the Mackenzie BC post office don't know what they're doing half the time. My most recent mail is taking ridiculously long time to get to its destination. It cost 20 bux to send, what a racket

My package is sitting in a warehouse 20 miles away and according to Canada Post it will sit there for another 6 days until they get around to delivering it. This is typical. Shipped from Eastern US to Montreal then across Canada to Vancouver in 2 or 3 days then Canada Post sits on it for a week.

I sent my package from the Downtown Windsor Ontario location on Friday Feb. 24th. The 2 ladies that helped me out were awesome. The showed me what box to take and helped me to get the gift into it. My parcel was received today Feb. 28th. My sister inlaw loves it. Thank you Canada Post for the fast and efficient service. Please send 5 stars to the ladies as well.

Shipped a parcel from BC to NWT Feb 21. Feb 28 it still hasn't arrived and shows it still in Alberta. That's sad. Can't believe how shit or national mail carrier is. I'd laugh but apparently no effort is ever put forward

Spent Extra to mail a package to California. It says it was delivered on the 21st and I have been asking for days if she recieved it... She Hasnt ! Wheres my package ? Today is the 28th, i went to the post office on the 15th
