Canada Post is a farce! A person would expect with the high costs of sending a parcel, in a canada post prepaid box that it wouldn't sit in Lethbridge for 4 DAYS, before being sent to Calgary! Use fedex, ups....anything but Canada Post! Disgusting!

I don't even want to give 1 star,worst service I have ever seen in my life, I spent $27 to send my documents by speed post,however after a month it's still in transit when I track,I recommend to use any courier service instead of use canada post

Sent the tracked package to the wrong address. Now I don't have a package. What are you going to do about it Canada Post?

Tracking is useless item shipped 5 days ago, made to Ottawa on first day, still sitting there 4 days later?

Sent my grandson's teddy bear London to Toronto. He received it in two days! Everybody was happy!

So lm reading reviews now but a little late … send a package by using the flat rate box and it hasn’t been delivered .. tracking said it arrived February 16 and card was issued to receiver … ha no card in their mailbox ? called Canada post and what a ta do trying to get to speak to a person not a computer !!! Not at all happy have an investigation on now as to the whereabouts of my package !!! This is deplorable and inexcusable as to the service we are paying for … being told that If after 15 days package not picked up it will be returned to sender and that l will have to pay !!!! How is this right when it’s Canada Posts mistake ? Now lm worried for the next package that l’ve sent and this is a bigger package and more money !!!! Also bought two more flat rate boxes as was told the price is going up by $3. !!!! Will these price increases ever end ? NOPE … what is to become of our world … scary to have to pay more and get less then quality service … Not impressed and Canada Post wonders why people stop using them ????? Not happy at all ?

Terrible service. Seems the tracking service is a money grab. No tracking is available even after 1 month. The only status I can get is that the letter has landed in a foreign country. What a waste of money.

Sent package Express post and paid 34$ with insurance and package still appears to have not left the Province 5 days later. Extremely unimpressed!

Dreadful. My registered letter took over a week to be delivered. From the post office near to where I live to the downtown address that the letter was to be delivered to is only a 30 minute car ride. I paid for the registered letter on February 23, 2023 and it was finally delivered on March 3, 2023. I tracked the letter’s journey from Vancouver to Halifax and the back to Vancouver. Could Canada Post please explain why???? Next time, I will either brave the traffic and hand deliver my package or call a courier. Maybe a bit more expensive but 100% more reliable!

Worse experience ever, i sent a birthday gift to my friend in February 23 she never got it no body come to her building and they sent the package back ! When I asked them why it show a reason for that ! No body know the reason ! Called the customer service she couldn’t figure out anything plus they asked to pay so i can pickup my package! Worst service

I often send or receive packages with my son in New Brunswick and am impressed with how fast they are delivered or received.

Triable customer service !!!
