My parcel left the UK Feb 6th. It has been untouched in Canada since. Royal Air can confirm it got here but canada post has nothing.

Sent my registered letter Feb 24 $27.00 guaranteed 3-7 business days Hamilton to Vienna. It was very important to me to have it arrive by yesterday. Still no sign of my letter. Where is it??? Dishonest practice as there is no info available for Europe. 1/5

Sent a package to my son on Feb. 24th by express post from Ontario to Alberta says it was delivered today March 7th. Express post is supposed to be 3 to 5 days. What do you pay the higher price for when it ends up taking over a week? Seevice is NOT like it used to be.

Tracked item left UK Feb 4 for Canada. Still undelivered as of Mar 6 when item was sent from Mississauga to Brantford instead of correct destination! Unacceptable!

Sent my package on February 15, 2023, to Ukraine. Paid 45$ for delivery. There were the original official documents. They are still on the way?♀️. Nearly a month passed. Terrible!
