We send on 17 jan 2023,still in transit ?, bad service

I am very disappointed that there is no answer in regards to the specific whereabouts of my letter, which should have arrived at its destination and no answers what causes the delay. It is not acceptable that I have to pay additional money for experts to look into this further after I already paid extra money for tracking and I must say it is not worth it paying the tracking as I do not get answers despite tracking number.

Sent an important document by registered mail to St. John’s and it was delivered to an unknown address in Toronto and is now lost!

Not impressed. Agent couldn't find address so shipped package back to sender within 24 hrs.Now all is in limbo. Website just wants you to chat with an expert for a fee!

I always preferred Canada post because its trustworthy and parcel reach on time .Thank you for service

The package came to Vancouver for a ride and then went back to sender without them even contacting me by phone or email before sending it back. Canada post is the worst!!

Paid 85.00 for guaranteed one day delivery to USA on the 7 and it still hasn’t arrived

Why do they charge so much for register service when your package still take 8+ days to get to a destination here in Canada. I will not use register mail service again. Waste of money with no guarantees

..incompetent service. 5 days means nothing. Don’t know why they charge a fuel surcharge when gas prices have receded and delivery is slow.

My order was to be delivered till the end of the day and I never received it. But the icing on the cake was that when I git home from work the mail man was doing small talk with a tenant for about 2 hours and left. Funny when they complain that they have not enough time to do their routes . I filed a complaint and there is video footage of the time he was just talking to a tenant doing nothing and I am still waiting for my delivery. What a joke.

On March 1st paid $18.25 for next day delivery. It was finally delivered this morning (March 8th).
