  • I have a bad review unfortunately. I have a parcel sitting in the post office in Ontario and it has been sitting there for more than a month. And I contact Canada Post Support to talk to someone andcI get an automated response and then it connect me with the expert that will find my package for me. When the expert connects he won't help me unless I give him my credit card information. I go back to customer support and as soon as they connect with my conversation they forward right to the last comment about connecting me to the expert. And I don't get to even start typing and the automated receptionist directs to the credit card info for the expert . Why can't I talk to a person

  • Mail sent from sender to address in same city calgary March 5 2023 tracked it says in Montreal now over week later says delayed why would it goes to Montreal when has calgary address seems they have lost it last time deal with canada post UPS FedEx from now on

  • Sent a parcel from Vancouver to Londo ON region. Through online tracking I realized I made an error with the postal code. Rather than return the parcel back CP corrected my error. Arrival was a few days later however I am one happy customer they went above and beyond!

  • Shipped a package Express Post ( high fee tracking number) 3 day delivery to the US. It has now been 15 days! Chatted with Canada post on chat! Answer is there is no Canada Post in the US. I am aware of that, but I shipped with you! And a tracking number. She said up to me to contact USPS about it. Good Luck with that, as I have tried! Very poor response and action, by Canada Post! I discourage all from using Expresspost! A touch over $75.00 fee and a $1700.00!item lost. I guess I have learned the hard way!
