Not reliable at all. Tracking a parcel is not accurate.

Parcel sent wrong direction back to Ottawa for 2 days to nearer stn Smith Falls now. Not sure what is happening?

I paid extra cost for delivery within 2 days as well as additional cost for insurance yet as of today the delivery has not been made. Typical customer service for our postal department. Pay for the service when I could have paid less for the delivery to be made within the same period of time. Why pay more if the service is not being completed?

What terrible place to send parcel. Sent a birthday gift to grand children from Mississauga to go to Bristol u.k..sent the parcel on 8 march to be delivered on 10th paid $400 shippp Ing cost.parcel ended up in Indianapolis and got lost. Why Indianapols usa.parcel to from Canada to u.k. Called them and they have no answer..today it’s 15 march

I have a bad review unfortunately. I have a parcel sitting in the post office in Ontario and it has been sitting there for more than a month. And I contact Canada Post Support to talk to someone andcI get an automated response and then it connect me with the expert that will find my package for me. When the expert connects he won't help me unless I give him my credit card information. I go back to customer support and as soon as they connect with my conversation they forward right to the last comment about connecting me to the expert. And I don't get to even start typing and the automated receptionist directs to the credit card info for the expert . Why can't I talk to a person

Order date Feb 10 2023 arrived Feb 23 has been @ canadian customs tracking said delivery was to be March 3 not here still at canadian customs minus 1
