You might have received thousands of positive reviews but here is one that worth a million negative.If you are unable to deliver peoples parcel at home adress and just leave notice for next day it is unacceptable.You are the worst service ever.I needed my parcel today and you driver just dropped to leave notice. Very,very disappointed.Dont know why people even use your services when other companies do same day delivery always right on time

Been ordering lots on line because of health reasons. Stuff ordered from the us that I can track move very quickly till it gets to Canada then it slows down a lot. Most items stay in one place for couple of days and some parcels are lost.

A small parcel was sent to me fry Entwistle AB mailed Mar 8, texting Edmonton Mar 9 in morning and arrived in Stoon 11:30 the same day. This was a small round parcel weighing less than a lb easily fit into palm of your hand. It sat in Stoon and was not delivered to our house until Mar 8. Why? A second senairo I mailed a small letter size bubble envelope from Stoon to Lloydminster that arrived exactly 2 weeks later!! Canada Postal service sucks and the price to use it is very high priced. Does 2 inches of snow on walkway mean it to dangerous to deliver mail. What does the carrier do when it is snowing out park his vav and go home . I had a note on mail not shoved dangerous. Seriously

My parcel is a week overdue always the case with Canada post. Why anyone ever choose Canada post S a courier I will never know

Terrible service. Horrible customer service over the phone. Don’t waste your money on Express Post, especially for condo buildings and apartments. If concierge isn’t there or they don’t have the person on the list, they won’t leave it in the mailbox if it’s small enough, won’t bring it to a nearby Canada post depot and will not attempt to contact either the receiver or sender to arrange re/delivery. Their policy is to immediately send it back, no matter what. They said on Friday it would be sent back to me on Monday, so I can PAY to resend again. It’s Wednesday afternoon and it’s still not here! An absolute waste of time, money and effort, and horrible “customer service “ over the phone. Rude, self-righteous and condescending. I don’t lose my cool often, the woman I dealt with got an earful and still argued with me. No “sorry it didn’t work out for you “, or ANY empathy. Just blamed the concierge and me.

Very, very unhappy with the “service “ of Canada Post. I sent contact lenses that my daughter urgently needed overnight so I sent it Express post and I asked for no signature because I didn’t want to worry about her having to be there in case she was in class. Her “admittedly inept “ concierge refused the package because he didn’t see her name listed on the unit (she’s listed in a different unit because she just moved), so I contacted Canada post within 40 minutes to see if they could send it back. They said no way, I asked why they didn’t just put it in her mailbox. They said they don’t do that. I asked if they could deliver it to a Canada post office in Toronto. They said they don’t do that. That was last Friday. They said they’re “bound by law” to return the tiny package to me and that I’d have it by Monday. It’s Wednesday afternoon and I still don’t have the contacts. I was going to send them by fedex back to my daughter but I still don’t have them. $42 for a pair of contacts that my daughter needs to see and I can’t get them to her. To top it off, the woman on the phone was condescending and rude. She blamed the concierge)admittedly they started the whole issue by erroneously refusing the package), but was completely arrogant in her delivery of the information. She never displayed any empathy nor tried to help me navigate the issue. Customer service was lacking completely and I will no longer rely upon them for anything. Beware of sending anything Express Post to a condo building. They will not deliver it to the mailbox and will only deal with concierge. And they will not make a second attempt and will take forever to get the undelivered item back to you. A waste of $42 and a waste of time and energy. Don’t waste your time calling them. Once you eventually speak with a person they are unhelpful and rude.

Canda Post needs to improve their service. Paid for Express Post so important pkg vwould arrive in 2 days. It has now been 3 days and no pkg, called and was told would arrive next day So paid extra for 2 day service and am getting 4 day service?
