  • Soo disappointed in your services, it’s been 5 days and I’ve still not received a package sent from Toronto to angus which are in the same city, how long will it take to ship to other province. This is sooo pathetic post

  • When the person delivering mail to Bay Tarrace buildings a lot of times, the mail I get is someone else's mail, or someone else has mine. Other times, I will get mail from another building in town because the person doesn't know how to read the envelope. When you put 300-330 the first #is the apartment number not the building # the mail person get its mixed up and you never see your mail unless the person receiving it is a decent person and drops it off for you.

  • Pretty pathetic tracking system. No accountability period. Yet the cost of doing business it sky high. The service is rock bottom! My rating is no stars!

  • Not pleased.My new phone was supposed to be delivered no later than today and it's miles alway although a watch I ordered with it came. They were shipped at the same time. Makes no sense when you pay for expedited delivery.

  • Special delivery of parcels…service is VERY POOR. Registered as delivered January 30,2023. Never received a thing. Check the postal box and the parcel postal box every day. Niet Asked everyone around. Not seen. Now I m trying to claim a refund but it is in claim dispute with PayPal and Etsy Ireland. TOTALLY DISCUSTED. Less than 5 stars

  • I paid for overnight delivery on Monday and was assured by the Post Office personnel it would be there on Tuesday, Feb. 28th. This was a very time sensitive package with the potential for significant delay cost to me. After tracking continuously since Feb. 28th the details show it never left Hamilton until Mar. 1 and was not delivered to Toronto until Mar. 2. It took a refund promise of the XPress fee to light a fire under the Canada Post system. No one could give me a reason for the failure to timely deliver as promised and paid for. I can only give the individual issuing the Service Ticket a positive review. Your delivery service does not rate anything near a positive review.

  • Thank you Canada post for sending my package to Richmond rather than delivering it to my home in Vancouver. Thank you for not leaving a delivery failure notice on my building door, mailbox, buzzer, door, or anywhere else that anyone could possibly find it. Thank you for the hassle of taking public transit to a different city so I CAN PICK UP WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. With my disability I'm looking at about 3 hours for me to go pick up my package and return home. That's IF I don't get lost!

  • Has item in customs hold for 6 days now with no other info forwarded since Feb 23..paid for insured shipping which is supposed to include updates on where the package is..6 days to look at a package?? You’re a joke!
