As usual, poor service. What's the point in having tracking numbers, if it gives you zero information on where your parcel is...

6 days now on an express 2 day package , and no updates since the 8th , pitiful service !!!!!

Graphics of little truck moving along is fun but…the tracking info is not succinct in its details nor helpful.

I ordered a item from the US to come to Canada .USPS SHIPPING and tracking did a great job. Once the package arrived at customs. TERRIBLE Trudeau was involved and was held up for 23 days Item was Legal stated content. When it finally handed over tp Canada Post tracking and shipping and delivery time was Really good. THANKS Canada Post!!! Trudeau has to leave!

Been 10 months my parcel didn't reach st.vincent and was told 3 to 4 weeks. Count that as a lost, parcel and paying to ship it.

paid expensive shipping for a 4 working days delivery but already 12 days and package not receive yet. very frustrating.

Mailed a prepaid box to Victoria BC , the only update that I see is Wakefield to Ottawa , no updates since February 7

Terrible service! I mailed my parcel on January 11, 2023. I checked the tracking said it is still on the way to China. It made me so frustrated. I will be never used the POST OFFICE of CANADA again

About 65% reliable, extremely careless with packages, unbelievably rude staff at the desks, 0 "give a damn"yet astronomically over priced.

Tracking not updated for over 5 days

What is wrong with trying to get an answer on tracking a prepaid box, now you have to pay to get a correct answer from an automated attendant. Can’t understand why my box is still stuck in Winnipeg Manitoba.
