Canada Post reviews

I have recieved conflicting information from Canada Post that my package has been out for delivery for almost 4 months and also investigation indicates no scan has been uploaded into the tracking system. I paid for something, it came to the post office but they can't help me find it so that'll be my first and last experience with getting gifts online. When feeling better, it'll be back to making gigts and supporting local.

Tracking not updated for 4 days

Does no one at Canada post actually work or are you all just the stupid. Zero stars

Worst service ever. Paid for express two day shipping. Packages was only a four hour drive yet it’s going to take a week to get to my house I will never use Canada post again in my life.

I paid for one day service..the mail has been sitting in Mississauga since Thursday

Terrible service. I have been home for the past 2 weeks. No one came to deliver my package. I got a notice that my package is at Orton Park Road when I don’t live close to that location. There’s a post office within walking distance of where I live, why take the package out of my area. Never again will I use Canada post. It is so frustrating that the package got to my building but was taken far away for me to pick up. That’s a huge inconvenience because I am not physically able to go that distance. There is also a mailbox in my building where the mail person could have left it. What a joke Canada post is.

My package already sitting there for 2 weeks. You guys give me frustration.. its says its out for delivery since jan 31. Until now feb 10 no problem was resolved.. my sender ff the the issue and they send email that they’re going to give updates until MAY 31 what a joke!!!!

I purchased a flat rate box hoping the delivery to be faster. I mailed the parcel from Ontario. The delivery address was in Nova Scotia. I checked the tracking number a few days later. The parcel was in Calgary. Two days later and ir is now in Montreal. This is probably why the it costs so much to mail parcels! They put all of the parcels on a plane and then fly them all over Canada for 10 days! I am still holding onto faith that my parcel will be delivered safely to the address in Nova Scotia. NOVA SCOTIA! You know where that is? Right?

Worse parcel delivery tracking system I’ve ever used, my parcel was apparently picked up 24 hours ago and absolutely NO updates.

Canada post has become a joke, have had a parcel sitting there for almost 2 months at customs and they can't even tell me why
