When I followed up for my mail from sender, I was told it was delivered to my house at noon the previous day and nobody’s home to sign for it so it was brought to the local post office. I was home all day and Canada Post did not come to my house AND I have 3 camera recordings to prove it! If there’s 0 start, I will pick that one as Canada Post rating based on this experience

When I hear my parcel is going canada post I def don't hold my breath I don't know what the issues at canada post are they use to be dependable but not anymore thats for sure

Just submitted a parcel for delivery across Canada and I'm expecting the same type of service result as I had at the beginning of February and that was excellent no complaints at all it actually arrived today early the tracking process worked fine the whole time no complaints

I didnot get my paracel but it says delivered such a poor service !!

Says package delivered but did not receive, was requested to be delivered to front door and was apparently put in mailbox but it wasn't. Can't contact customer support because just try make you pay 2 dollars with your credit card to fill out a form. Either you guys are completely incompetent and can't read simple addresses or you hire thieves to steal shit when they see what they like. Not using useless canada post again.

11 days it took for a registered letter from Alberta to Ontario. It got to Ontario in four days and then went to BC for a week. Nice job. Glad I don’t work there anymore. I’ll be using somebody else next time.

I sent a parcel January 20th to Ste Sault Marie. It went to mississauga to Richmond B.C back to mississauga then again to B.C. It says it got delivered today. Totally unacceptable

I have a coupl issues , 1 why cznt I track where the heck is my parcel is?, all it says waiting on on item, isn't the whole point of tracking is to see where it is? 2nd it's been since January 25th since this parcel was mailed from Ontario going to Newfoundland and u still havnt received it, I have parcels come from Alberta in less time! This tracking is a joke, it hasnt showed me that's its left or no where along the way just says waiting on item, I'm pissed at this service, niyvonly this service this is the 2nd time I'm posting a review and that wont friggin work, all around garbage, never again

The worst Delivery company I ever Dealt with my package came from North Territories to Toronto Ontario area and then sent back to Manitoba end then sent back to Thunder Bay and still waiting for it

I mailed a registered mail envelope to the Commonwealth of Dominica and tracked the package. I called my friend and Dominica to tell her that the tracking said the document should be with her in three days. Later that same day and knock on my door, the mailman said, please sign here my document had been returned to me, and the explanation was suspension of postal service to that country. The notice said I could send it free once Postal Service is resumed. I could not get a refund. I called customer service and they were very good and told me they had made a mistake. I am to receive a check in the mail for postage spent and I had to repost the document. I have my fingers crossed that this package does not come back to me and I end up in a loop. Thanks for listening.
