Worse service in the world. Horse and buggy would be faster. Shame on you to charge those prices for such horrible service

Priority doesn’t mean anything really

I dropped off my parcel off at Canada Post a month ago for a return and it's still in transit. I hope I get my money back from the company I had only a week or somthing for return. The lady told my it should take. Few days in order for them to get it.

I’m sending a small packet from Edmonton to Illinois. Why did it go via Vancouver to Carson in Southern California? Why didn’t it head towards Winnipeg? Most importantly, why has it been sitting in Carson since Jan 31?? Delivery quoted was 8 business days. If it’s up to UPS to deliver stateside, why don’t you negotiate a better deal? There area a lot of packages going to the ‘States, that’s a lucrative deal! I’m glad I didn’t tell the recipient a delivery date. If it’s still sitting in Carson tomorrow I’m going to have to waste my time calling. It would have gotten there faster and maybe on time by carrier pigeon.

Payed for express shipping and took over a week. It took them 3 days to process it. What a waste

Have used the service many times, however have anticipated delays with Covid, etc...so mailed with a couple of days cushion, where possible, just in case, and have been pleasantly surprised with prompt and early delivery! Even at Christmas. A little pricey with gas surcharge.

I wished i didn't order the item. You were so fast to charge the money for delivery that you guys didn't even tried to deliver, and now no body even replies to my complaints.

Delivery attempted every time I wouldn’t order off of Amazon if I wanted to drive to the post office, just drop it off at my door like everybody else does

Still waiting on a package from January 25th and it's now Feb 7th and not there today! Now this package is coming from Ontario and going to Newfoundland, I've purchased other items after the 25th and from other parts of Ontario without tracking and received them last week ! So why does it take much longer when you track a parcel! I'm actually worried now I will not get this parcel and of course it's the most expensive one!

You need to work on this tracking app, why has my package been sitting on the Mount Royal half way across town for almost 2 hours now ? No movement whatsoever. Don't offer a service if you can't keep it up-to-date. Shows its Government run, waste time and money, who cares right ?

What is going on with Canada Post? In all honesty, you are no longer worth the money you are charging for services. Delivery date promised was February 4, 2023 by the end of the day. No parcel arrived. Checked tracking system, the parcel was picked up Jan 31, 2023 and sat in Mississauga for six days. It didn't move! Until this morning for delivery today. Ah ... hate to say this people but you are three days late! How about granting a refund for very poor service reliability, and performances issues. Because this kind of service should be closed down and given to others to operate. Very disappointed.

I use this service on 98% of my shipping orders and 98% of the orders are NEVER delivered ontime as paid for...and calling customer service does nothing they say "we got it to USA in less than 4days" "its up too USPS to deliver the item" basically washing their hands of any delay... you garauntee 1 thing but then the grey area is VAST and no one even trues to accommodate they just say no and hang up...I refuse to tell clients and exact ETA because it never arrives on time
