Paid for express.. My parcel has been sitting in Montreal for 4 days.. terrible service

Horrible...total waste...paid extra for service to (USA)already 2 days late...hasn't moved...somewhere on opposite side of country to where supposed to be delivered

I paid for 3 day express shopping and it hasn't even left yet . Fucking waste of money has not moved for 2 days.

Useless. Post office outlet at shoppers yonge st and big bay point has the worst customer service....shape up or ship out!!

Paid for express next day shipping, it has been two days and the tracking is stating it won't be delivered until next week! Talked to customer service and got the "It is due to high volume" crappy excuse. If I knew it was going to take a week to get there I would have slapped a stamp on it and saved my money. The delivery destination is within the same province in which it was sent.

I have had good service and deliveries have been timely even during busy Christmas season.

Within our own country I find that it take long@4 to wait for our own arrive

Very reliable service overall. They still need to work on their tracking system as this is what dictates the poor ratings.

My parcel has traveled from Edmonton to Ontario back to Edmonton, then north where it should have gone in the first place. When I talked to the customer rep no explanation no empathy nothing, poor customer service

parcel was to be delivered today was not a couple months ago package I sent was damaged in delivery will not use Canada Post again

Canada post should Question the Canada border on the amount of time it takes to Hand over package and all mail ALOT faster and better.
