Very inefficient. Why would you send back a parcel without attempting to put a call across to the recipient? Please do better.

Worst postal service I’ve ever had.

Delivery was very quick.

Every time a package says it’s being shipped via CP I shiver! All other companies exceed their service lately. They even take photos of confirmed deliveries!

I have always received my parcels in a timely manner. Also inclement weather hasn’t stopped my friendly mail person.

The clerk at the lake bonavista postal office accepted my package but did not give me a receipt (my fault for not asking for one). Two days later when I have not received a notification from Amazons that the return has started I go and check with the same clerk just for him to say that the package was gone or maybe lost? Then after calling multiple times Canada Post I learned that when a driver picks up a package, they scanned it. So since my package was not scanned I can only assume the clerk took it?!

Sent a parcel to my bestie in Alberta got there fast.Never had an issue with Canada post?

Unbelievable, Unacceptable they don't even check the reviews don't care? Next stop FEDEX. No horse delivery!

No exact address where mail was delivered

Very disappointed,paid express shipping on a small parcel,the charged me $106 for express shipping to be delivered in 3 business days,5 days in and tracking number shows it hasn’t even left yet,second parcel in 3 weeks that I’ve had an issue with, 1st parcel didn’t even show up, try to contact customer service but can never get an answer from them,very poor service and poor customer service

Canada Post steals your package ?. They do nothing to find your package when they lose it. Sent box January 10th 2023. February 1 2023 and it has not been delivered or tracked. They will not speak to you.

Timing is perfect

Ordered a parcel on Oct 25/22. It was delivered to Missagua Ont. on Dec 5th but never made it any further to Nova Scotia. Canada Post can't help me because it was delivered more than 3 days ago. Is this a joke? Don't they track anything once it clears customs?
