Parcel arrived in a good time but all the none cloth items were severely damaged.

Canada Post lying about attempted delivery. We were home all day and Canada Post sent us a message that they attempted to deliver but no one was home. More BS from this inept delivery service. Rating should be a -0.

My package is lost in Edmonton.

It's disappointing that no mater how many times I pay for this service I am let down every single time. I've now begun claiming a refund for lat shipments and I haven't paid for expresspost in over 2 years. Thanks canada post.

My package from Montreal to Victoria, BC, got to Vancouver, then Prince George, then Edmonton, Alberta, and is STILL IN EDMONTON! Do these all postal people have a brain injuries?

What kind of business is this!? They lie, even about the weather conditions just so they can sit on my parcel! What was supposed to be 3 days turns out to be 11, and I still have not received it yet! Shame on you!

I've sent express post and I've sent parcels costing me $165.00 to ship. Canada Post mostly gets an A+ however there is 1parcel I was guaranteed delivery that didn't get to where it was supposed to. I asked for a refund and was denied the $165.00 I live on a disability pension I am very disappointed in Canada Post for this.

My parcel has been sitting in Edmonton not moving since 25th package was coming from Saskatoon to Summerland bc. Disgraceful service. Any of the competition could of done it in the days you held parcel dormant. All I will take from this experience is you do not want to be in the courier parcel business anymore.I personally will ne v er use you. Imagine your Canada post for a minute Delivering g parcels and things instead of stock piling in some warehouse somewhere. Disgraceful service

My parcel was supposed to go from Montreal to Victoria. It got to Vancouver then Prince George and is now in Edmonton. Canada Post is retardation at its best.

Canada Post has been consistently delivering parcels to me over the last 8 years. Although there have been delays but I also use the notification option and track my packages. I rate them 9/10. I did have on parcel not delivered but that was the place I ordered from fault. Keep up the hood work. Thanks.

They told me it is going to take 3 days and know it 9 days still in transit shame on you. This is my last time to send with Canada post ?
