Placed an order with Clark shoes on Nov 22, 2022. The item arrived in a timely fashion and the package was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, I had to return the unsuitable item, which I did on Dec 13. I used the provided return label; using the tracking number and updates I saw the item was out for delivery Dec 16, 2022. As of January 22, 2023, the item is still “out for delivery” and I am still out the refund money for a return that has not been received. Why businesses still use Canada Post when there are more reliable options available is beyond my comprehension.

Says package was delivered but package was never received. Poor service not sure how to find package now that they say it was delivered.

Said my package was being delivered, still have yet to receive it 5 days later…. No updates either

At least they are consistent.. Only problem is that it is in not delivering mail.. Late again... Why don't you change your times as to not look so bad...

Canada Post has gone downhill SO much, esp in last year or two ?

Great service ir was the second delivery for me from Canada to Washington State.

Very poor. I am living in high rise unit they did not bother buzz me just unable to do deliver so the client will pick it up from Shoppers Drug Mart .It easy for this delivery guy I happened to me x3

Apparently anyone can go in the sorting station and pick parcels up and not register them and drive away. Your parcel is gone.

Canada post just not competent to run this kind of business.

Takes forever to deliver, none of any staff can answer my questions, some are very rude as well , and it delays for months and totally ruins two of occasions of mine.

Second parcel that disappeared in Edmonton my first one arrived at 00.18am and Second one arrived at 04.16am so someone is stealing the mail on the night shift both times was express Anyone else got their package disappeared in Edmonton
