I thought the price was exorbitantly expensive for a parcel that weighed approx. 1 ounce and I paid $22.96 to return a dress that weighed maybe one ounce. Very pricy return.The clerk said for returning to the u.s., that is the price. Will use another method than post canada next time.Very dissappointed in Canada post. I want to encourage Canada post but can't say I will use it again in the future.

Rotten service...I am handicapped and cannot go out in a snowstorm...why can't they leave it in the apt....lazy postal workers

just an “in transit” response to my tracking is just a non-sense response to a customer’s tracking of a parcel. it is more than obvious that if my parcel is not still received by the destination then it automatically would be “on the way” or in transit

Avoid at all costs, takes forever, if it ever gets there, that is!

Paid for next day delivery. It's been 4 days now and still no parcel.

Someone in Edmonton office is stealing the mail during early morning hours its the second time in 2 weeks and he or she goes after the express mail Does anybody else had their package disappeared in Edmonton

I am living in Kanata (ON) in a house that has 3 floors including basement. So when the postman rings the doorbell, he knows that I may be upstairs or downstairs, so he can wait at least 1 minute. But he doesn't wait and after only some second put a note to grab my parcel in a post office! The last time, he didn't even ring the doorbell!!

One pkg Delivered THIS went to LA?! Designated City Colorado Springs?!? Next Stop Denver?!? Crazy How Many Stops THIS Pkg Has & Is Going?!
