I shipped a package to Catalina on January 4 and today January 17 and it states its been in St. John's since Thursday of last week. Wow, how slow is slow.

This service is really slow. I sent a package on Tuesday and it is 8 days and not yet delivered from Toronto to Mississsauga.

Wish they would give a time of delivery it’s been saying Mississauga for days And was supposed to be delivered today but no time of delivery

What's awesome is how your package never sits "in transit" for days and days without explanation or detail. Or how they would NEVER give you a link to pay your duties online that isn't a working link. And best of all, when you press another link to chat with someone live to resolve issues, it goes directly through and is a real link with a helpful person on the other end.....Oh wait, I just realized I woke up from a cruel DREAM where my taxes were put to good use.

Parcel has been sitting in Vancouver for week now?? Was given to Canada post 10 days ago. How hard is it to put it on the plane to Australia!!
