Sent a passport from Calgary to Ottawa, just the fuel charge alone was $6.36! What a joke!! Federal government is absolutely incompetent and doesn't care at all about living costs skyrocketing.

Why is Canada Post keeping so many parcels. People are waiting weeks and weeks on end for their parcels. Should have an investigation. Why are they keeping so many people's letters and parcels. Something is not right!!!!

Canada Post has received my parcel since December 9th 2022. It has been in transit all this time. It is now January 10th 2023 and still in transit. No one can help at Canada Post.!!! Getting an answer from a robot is the worse!!!

How does a parcel that is supposed to stay in one Province end up on the entire wrong side of the country??? How?? Like it is going farther and farther in the wrong direction.. and it’s ETA is way beyond the paid for promise

Virtual Assistant is horrible and the tracking website is horrible. I love Canada employees but your tracking is the worst ever. Horrible tracking from Canada Post. One day it says in transit and a expected delivery time from Richmond then out for delivery from Vancouver the next day waited during time frame then it said Processed in Burnaby in transit which means to mean that either the package was lost or forgotten to be delivered because I live in East Vancouver. The original expected delivery date from Canada Post was December 29th. I would have been better not looking at Canada Post tracking. Other delivery service has more accurate and transparency in their tracking. When it comes to packages I will defer people from using your tracking our or parcel service all together

My shipping was made express but been more days a 29 days still shows in transit.Not recommending

Parcel took a couple of days montreal to Edmonton. It has been sitting there since. It has been close to a month waiting for a flat rate box. Worst customer service as well. No one to speak to and some machine voice assuming parcel is enroute. The mail needs to be scanned more for updates. Where exactly are packages. Unacceptable long waits aren't supposed to happen in days world. Why does there appear to be an issue started with mail delivery?

The long wait times for parcels makes cp the worst in mail delivery. Huge need for more accessible services for speedy mail delivery

Paid for a package to be there on Friday it’s now Monday night and still not delivered

Said package was delivered to my rural mailbox, i made several 1 hour trips and no package was found, i used there virtual assistant system to no avail, finally found there customer service phone# and then was informed they delivered it to the wrong address and it was returned and now on it way to my address, this was the worst experience of my life, horrible service, no wonder there so expensive.

What’s the purpose of a tracking number if I can’t track it and it doesn’t move and days on end and when I call I get nowhere…your company needs a complete overhaul until it does it’s ups or somewhere that actually delivers

Paid $30 plus on December /5 and it’s still not In France.Ridiculous.

My item set out for delivery on a Sunday which the post isit work then get a notification saying it was delivered which it didn't so canada post missed place My item maybe alittle help would be grateful
