Used Registered Mail on December 22nd 2022, to assure VIP documents be received by recipient NO LATER than December 31st 2022. I was ASSURED by Canada Post employee that paying for RM it would arrive between 3-7days. That same day, i mailed 15 cards by REGULAR mail. To this day, January 11th 2023, the REGISTERED MAIL is NOWHERE to be found!! the 15 cards that were mailed by REGULAR mail were received by each and every recipient DECEMBER 27th 2022!!!! When calling customer service to get answers to my questions, they tell me the documents were expedited from Canada Post on DECEMBER 28th!!!! My Registered Mail sat in a warehouse somewhere for 6 days!!!!!! When I asked for a ticket and an investigation as to WHERE are my Documents, we got CUT OFF!!! So I resorted to CHATTING with customer service. Once again, when I asked for an investigation and now for a REFUND on the price of RM, I got CUT OFF TWICE!! I’ve screen shot the whole conversation TWICE and am determined to get answers. CANADA POST HAS LOST ITS LUSTER and a customer.

I sent package to pleasant Lake Michigan two weeks ago and paid priority post and package is apparently in Chicago Ohare airport

Why does it take 4 days from winnipeg to regina? And still in transit?

Dropped a prepaid parcel off at 11am yesterday going to GTA and didn't ship out last night. Checked this morning and hasn't moved. Poor service!

Not a good experience with Canada post. Waiting for an item from the Uk since 21st Dec 2022, I could see that it had left the UK as at the 24th and up till now, 11th January 2023, No update from anywhere or anyone. Even the customer service person could not give an answer. Canadapost , where is my parcel? This is a terrible service

Waiting for a package that was sent from Paris 2 weeks before XMas....No notifications at all, now I just discovered it's in Montreal since December 22nd....Not reasons given....

Can't tell where parcel is. And their no help either.

Why does it take so long to deliver a parcel even when express post is used. I posted a parcel on 5th and up to now its in transit.

I sent my documents to Quebec since October and still in transit! I risk to not receive my admission because of that. So bad

I'm learning how to use my new phone, my last phone was a flip phone 16 yrs ago , typing and knowing what buttons to push,, ok so ,,,, I'm going to wait and see how it goes good or bad you will know, Let's hope its good

My Xpresspost arrived on time. 32% fuel surcharge? PLUS 5% gst on top of that! Outrageous.
