Terrible service post canada

Excellent service. My package that was shipped December 15 to the USA had a scheduled delivery date of December 27 but actually reached before Christmas.

Mailed a parcel morning of Dec.30. When tracking there is still no updates. Wonder where my parcel is!

Help me lot best service

Too slow and less information, and charge high prices for delivery.

Worst service. Took about 11 days to deliver. Called my office and said not in the system yet. Should have used ups.

Waste of money to pay tracking. T It It’s a waste of money to pay for tracking. Three business days later and the Tracking number still isn’t registered.

Worst service ever. Sent parcel express post on Dec 23 with 2 days service. Still hasn’t arrived….never use Canada post again

Very unhelpful just trying to find out if it was delivered can't find out keep saying it's delivered but it's not to the address I sent it. When trying to talk to somebody or find out they wanna charge me another $2 already paid $2 extra to have a signature and I can't verify if a signature was given or not waste of money

Definitely need shutdown canada post. Shipping its same like coming from China. Shame on you Canada post.

So annoyed my packages been going missing lost an the worker here at the post office doesn’t even check my card said it was here ready for pick up an she tells us there’s nothing! Can’t even use this post office without something going wrong

WTH. Why can’t I get an instant result of where my parcel is. Why do I have to open an account!!!

Excellent service. Mailed Jan 3 and it arrived Jan 5, excellent service going from Ontario to New Brunswick. Tracking service worked very well. Girl in local post office here was so friendly

Terrible service. Package in Montreal since Tuesday and now it’s Friday. Awful service. Not worth the money charged to send a box, bought at Canada Post.
