There is no way to get a proper answer to my question regarding a registered parcel. It has been almost 3 weeks and my parcel has not been delivered to the postal depot indicated.

Worst service I've ever had shipping items. I'd rather walk my package across canada then deal with canada post

Had a knock on my door just few minutes after 9AM today and a nice young lady from Canada Post handed me my parcel. It travelled from Montreal and was picked up on the Jan 2. Status updates were worrisome as as of end of day yesterday it was still siting in Mississauga. Then I received an email around midnight that it was processed in Berrie, and again at 5:30 am as processed in Penetang. Quite impressed. This was standard shipping. Thank you Canada Post.

Real long it takes even when you have it on express mail. Thinking you need to up you game or something wish i got my parcel already

Package went from missisauga ont. Bypasses sask altogether. Tracking shows present location as calgary, since last friday dec 30. One week. A private business could not survive with service like this.

My package is way too late, very bad service.

Where do I Start?-----Expedited Parcel, arrives broken in two ! -----Registered Letter, 18 days to move 800 miles ! -----two weeks to travel Ontario to B.C. And then sits in local post office for one week befor sending out pick- up card, ( and " expedited " too ! ) -----parcel worth $3000.00 missing out of mail at destination PO. Big investigation ! Finally " found " two weeks later! No explanation offered.

Parcel picked in Montreal on Jan2. Processed in Mississauga on Jan4. It is Jan5, 8 pm, and parcel still reported in Missisauga as of 5 pm. WOW... I use to receive emails from Canada Post when item was picked up or received by them with an estimated delivery date, and then email advising when delivered. Nothing now, and the link provided by seller no longer working. Same site address as my previous deliveries. So erratic and unreliable.

No update on my order with tracking # 1026650060760557. Can't even do a refund ?

Parcel has not arrived , order was made Dec 1 and with tracking # 1026650060760557. Other orders were received already but still missing 2 items. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. And when trying to do a refund the other item is nowhere to be found ?

How about attempting to deliver the package rather than pretend nobody was home! Do your job!

Rediculus service, firstly I was over charged to send a small very light weight parcel , I dropped it off on a Tuesday and was given a tracking number, well that's a joke, I went online to see where the parcel was and it said the parcel was processed on Monday and is still sitting in Halifax three days later, besides being said it was processed on Monday when in actuality I dropped it off on Tuesday, I believe CP needs a major overhaul

Very poor service! I'm waiting for my package from Israel since December 18th but it shouldn't take more than a week!!!

I can't believe the horrible service from Canada post why does a package say to be delivered on a day doesn't show up last tracking info shows it has been at the depot since 6 am 2 days ago and no updates for the past 2 days but does show that delivery will be in 2 days. Since November this is the third time for tracking and delivery problems
