Total dissapointment! a gift suppose to be delivered on 22nd of dec. never recieved and now tracking is not updating for unknown reason

terrible package is 3hr drive from destination and is in mississauga for 4 days

The tracking was good, but your map was wrong. It never did update to show that the parcel was delivered to the correct address.

I liked getting the updates; however, your system did not say which post office the parcel was delivered to. According to the map, the parcel was in another location altogether. Some improvements are still needed.

Very bad service ??

Worst service ever, my item took a 3 days to arrive form united state and for a week now yet I received my item even though it says item scheduled for delivery.

My package is so late

Not impressed - paid for overnight service and at 8 pm still no sign. I have no idea if it is still coming tonight and if it doesn't arrive by 8 am tomorrow, it is too late. So frustrating and the map is not updating - hasn't moved in hours.

Your service leaves a lot to be desired. Envelope ( Express Post) left Campbell River Dec27. Cost $ 17.00 Delivered Okotoks Alberta Jan 4.! Your idea of “ Express” is laughable. If I have my way, I won’t be using your “ service “ again.

The worst. How is it so hard to deliver a package. It’s what you do. The most redundant organization ever.

I cant track my package anymore after December 27 updates ,I don’t know what happened they say they will receive it within 2 weeks kindly give me updates

The ratings and comments are not encouraging and disappointing

Love using Canada Post being I live in a small town in northern Ontario so options are limited... However lately I've noticed the tracking website has changed and I'm having a really hard time finding the information that I could clearly see before. Not liking this update or whatever it is....
