I received an email giving me the tracking number from the company that I made the purchase from. I followed the package and it's journey on a tracking company and it said that the package was successfully ďelivered but when l went to pick it up at the postoffice they said that they didn't have it. Where ìs it then???????>

Delivered on time, as promised during the busy holiday season.

I sent my parcel on Dec 11 , Still hadn't arrived before Christmas. I paid over 80$ to send . My package sat in montreal for 10 days before being sent according to the tracking number.. so very disappointed.

I sent a parcel 14 days ago from Winnipeg, Manitoba going to Fort Worth, Texas and it’s still not there. I would like to know what the delay is. It shows it sitting in Chicago since Tuesday, December 20.

My tracking said my package was to be delivered Dec 19th... now when I check tracking it says "on route" what the heck... it hasn't moved since the 16th

I had 3 parcels that had to make it to Surrey BC. Everyone was sent in a prepaid box of various sizes. The parcels were sent from a southern Manitoba location, picked up and on their way from Winnipeg the next day. One of them made it in 3 days and the other hit a storm but made it 2 days later after hitting BC and all of them made it to their destination in good time and in time for Christmas. Thank you Canada post for doing the best you could do under the storm situations. I have a very happy family.
