This service has been great for me,no problems at all.. I get packages from Florida to British Columbia Canada, there here within 5days normally.

Love how I always get my mail on time. Workers always very kind.

When you give a delivery date, I have found that the date more often to be very consistent to what you say.

When given a tracking number to track your minimal $ valued item inside after paying a HIGH amount for shipping 3x more than what was inside you say that the packages that were sent over a week ago were not in the system (registered) and when wanting to talk with someone on the chat line then ask for $2 more … seriously ?

I got my shein package earlier than I expected, the estimated delivery date was 28-29 December but they managed to deliver my order today on the 22nd of December. All thanks to aramex keep up the good work??

Slowest way to get a letter/parcel!

This is the second time I have rescheduled a delivery & the post office keeps saying "NO ONE HOME" but we have been home both days & Canada Post Never bothered to show up! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR POOR, POOR SERVICE!!!

Used to be people could track a package and see it step by step. I cannot get other than « in transit » for the last 4 days. This is terrible service, no wonder Canada Post is losing money to other delivery service

Delivery as promised

1 out of 5 is the service level I received. No wonder nobody likes Canada Post. When I asked simply by curiosity what was the weight of my parcel I was not able to get it and when I asked how many day for approximate delivery I was told it was to late and the person was not on that screen anymore. During my transaction, an older gentleman came in and asked for some help to write an address on an envelope because his hands were do bad with arthritis, he was handed a pen and was told that CP employees are not allowed to help?????? Your employees are not allowed to have the least bit of humanity or compassion? Now you wonder why we do not respect your workers? Let me tell you, they do not deserve it!

Doesn’t work…no tracking available for letters i send with track&trace…stil in “transit”….after more then a year. I asked for money back but no answer…bunch of crooks if you ask me…

This parcel looks like it’s stocked somewhere in between Montreal and Funchal Madeira on Portugal. CC238940621CA I sent from Vancouver on September the 07, 2022. Near 3 1/2 months. Would you fallow this, please?
