Every package I sended (this year 5pks) with Canada post was delivered on time and perfect condition.Employees in Truro post office are very helpful.I trust Canada post.

Absolutely terrible service get it together guys there must be a more efficient way of conducting your delivery routes! I am a delivery driver I drive across Ontario daily I will never use your services by choice again. Merry Christmas

Bad customer service. Not trust worthy service.

This is the 3rd time I have paid extra for tracking and the parcel is lost. No info.no updates. Nothing.

I was told on Nov 30 that my parcel would arrive in B.C. guaranteed in 4 to 5 business days. It is now December 21 and it still hasn't arrived!! Very bad service!!

fast, accurate and easy to use

Nothing update for a sick senior emergency medicine parcel. The senior might die if no this medicine.

Canada post has hits and misses, but I'd argue the times items take forever are when they are leaving the continent and not going to a commonwealth nation. Sending to the States, or within Canada, items arrive on time or early (if letters/cards). Takes 2-3 weeks to the U.K. or New Zealand. Longest was a card to Bulgaria, took 2.5 months! I sent a Christmas card end of November and it arrived just in time for Valentines day. I suspect it has more to do with the postal service in these countries than Canada post itself, as there aren't Canadian postal service workers outside of Canada. I would agree the tracking is pretty useless on packages that are sent internationally, as there seems to be no updates after a parcel arrives at the main postal processing facility in the other country.

Lousy service Canada Post does not honor priority post high shipping charges Canada Post should be ashamed of their service and then have the nerve to ask for a credit card number before you can speak with a representative this is JUST WRONG

Told me my package wouldn't be here untill the 31st of December. Got it on the 21st . WTG Canada post!!
