Canada post tracking is the useless. No updates on tracking my package. Customer service is very poor. Tree rating is minus 5 stars.

Sent 2 parcels to Nova Scotia from Alberta and only took 5 days. Just in time for Xmas :)

I was afraid I was too late for the parcel to arrive for Christmas. I was told 4 days. It got there in 2 days. Way to go Canada Post ??

11 days from Ontario to Alberta and still not received.Very poor service.

Canada post really needs to do better

I am very desapointed on the delivery. It’s already over 3 1/2 months, it never took this amount of time for a parcel to be delivered to Madeira Portugal ??.

I sent 2 parcels on September 07, 2022 from Vancouver Canada to Funchal Madeira in Portugal and it’s over 3 1/2 months gone and it did not arrive yet. Impossible, it looks like it’s stocked somewhere, it left Montreal on September 28, 2022. Would you tell me anything? Please.

“Updates” provide zero actual information. Frustrating.

It's been 10 days and still haven't received my parcel. It's only a 2 hour drive away. Not impressed! Rated 1 star because they don't have a "0".

I have general delivery in Kearney Ontario and have used the same post office for years. Over that time there have been several post masters, and not once have i had the experience that I have had today. I check my mail infrequently (every 2-3 months) and all the past post masters have kept my mail in the office and I have NEVER had an issue picking up my mail. Today, Dec 20, 2022, I went to pick up my mail and there was nothing available

I don’t like that we have to create an account to check a tracking number.

According to your tracking site my parcel has now been at the US border for more than a week. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. WTF???

They don't deliver packages at all

PACKAGE AT DESTINATION FOR 2 WEEKS AND RECIPIENT WAS NOT LEFT A NOTICE EVEN THOUGH TRACKING INFO INDICATED IT DID. PAID $73 TO SEND AND CERTAINLY NOT ANYWHERE NEAR SERVICE WE ARE PAYING FOR.
