Sent a parcel Nov 23 2022 paid 255.74 to Thailand , it went to China. Why China? It says they're returning it to sender. They can't find it. Omg

Put it in as express post so my kids would get there gifts in a couple days, and it arrived at one post office, by the end of last week and it's still there it should have left that post office and to the post office up away to where my kids are, it's very poor service, I'm thinking of sending it by UPS OR ANOTHER SHIPPING COMPANY THE NEXT TIME.

Easy to use , fantastic service when dropping parcel off however too many pop Adds . I pay for the service I don’t want the pop ups

4 days in Ontario for a letter. Paid $18.00 for snail mail. Gave one star because it got there.

10 days to come halfway across the world and then halfway across Canada and now it’s a few hundred miles from destination and in a additional 10 days canada post still hasn’t gotten it to destination

Horrendously expensive.Shipping within Canada is understandable due to sparse population.But I am referring to shipping through USA where postage rates are far less and no reflection to the price paid in Canada

Package has been sitting in Montreal for 3 full days now…. Wtf this is just wrong on every level. I should have used ups/ puralator /fedex

My parcel going to US hasn't shown an update since Dec 14. Says in transit. Was to arrive 4 to 5 days after I put it in at the post office to ship. Sent in ample time to get to my family in the states before Christmas. Starting to doubt it will get there.
