Mailed my package from Port Hope destined for Kenora. It was in mississauga the next day, so far so good. But the map shows it heading back east??? If your map and tracking aren't accurate why bother?

I continue to monitor the tracking on a package I shipped from Halifax NS to Kingston ON. I'm not sure why it went to Edmonton, but tracking said it arrived there on the 14th, and shows it is still there today. I can understand a scanning error, but I would expect them to attempt to correct the error.
