No tracking - nothing updated since package left Netherlands. A week delay so far and no idea what is going on. Other shoppers actually deliver on time. Why can’t Canada Post? Honestly it’s an embarrassment.

No updated info in 5 days. What does “in transit” mean? Where is the parcel?

I paid $16 to send a letter by “Express Mail” on December 8, with a money order enclosed to pay a bill destined for Orlando, Florida. It has taken 8 days so far and it has only reached New York City. Horrible service - is this Pony Express? Never Again!!!

I was at the Morrisburg post office this morning to send a package, the line was a bit long but the service was quick and the staff was friendly. Good job

Surprised with such a poor service. No updates about my registered letter for two weeks. No real help from representatives from Canada Post. I do not know what to do. This is not Canada Post, this is Canada Lost.

My parcel says it was delivered but the recipient never got it in their community mail box...what gives?

Not happy! Parcel was sent to me from Kingston and I never got it. Tracking number still shows as In Transit! ?
