Sending a letter from Kapuskasing to Hearst! Today it is in Timmins?????

Extremely long time to deliver letter and they charged $25 for it.

Everytime I see a package being delivered by Canada Post, my first thought is here come my snail delivery. The package was shipped on Nov 18th, I got it on Dec 8th. I guess can’t expect from a government owned corporation. There is no urgency in anything they do. Should relabel as Pigeon Post. What a shame.

Terrible Customer Care! Worst part of Canada is Canada Post. Totally unreliable.

I paid for expedite shipping to have it to the receiver in 2 days. Apparently it was rerouted due to a processing error and now it would be there for another 4 days (so I paid extra for a 2 day turn around that will now be 6 days???!!!) now I don’t know what to do as it had to be there today I would have given no stars but unfortunately not an option - next time I guess it’s courier as it would probably have cost me the same but actually showed up

I really don’t understand how a envelope sent express post from Maple to Oakville on Monday and now it’s Thursday and has not been delivered. Don’t use them!!!!

No update in 5 days

Delivery date supposed to be Dec 2/2022. It has not been delivered and it is Dec 8. All I get is it is delayed! No kidding!!

TERRIBLE postal services! Shane on Canada Post!!! Cannot deliver things on time and they’ve delivered to the WRONG address several times.

How can a parcel be stuck 300km away for 6 days due to transportation issues? It's a straight highway with no weather!!!!! Awful service
