Where is my parcel? Tracking had it in Richmond since Dec 1. Should be closer by now

I cannot believe on an Express post Service to Sudbury you charge , FUEL SURCHARGE OF $4.95 + tax, EXPRESS POST SIGNATURE CHARGE $ 2.00 +tax All this should be included. The price has gone down dramatically. Again ,price gouging and take advantage of Canadian public again.

Only update from them is stop at Dieppe NB on Nov 30 2022 and now it's 7 Dec 2022 and it's still there. Very poor service and tracking

I have been waiting for a parcel which cleared Customs in Toronto on November 27 @ 11:19 a.m. I still haven’t received it in N.B. and today is December 8, 2022.

Delivery on time and something earlier

Can’t tract my parcel it stop at dieppe nb since Dec 03 and no update since. What the point of a tracking number if you can’t track it.

Say they attempt delivery. No card left. No drop off to concierge!!

Our local post office is great and parcels leave on time;but, when you send a parcel and a week and half it is still in the same spot (not our local post office) - not good!

Shipped medium ppd box in Canada and was delivered in 4 business days. 2200 km. Impressed

Was impressed with the speed of delivery during this holiday season.

I've been waiting a week for this package to be released from customs and now have to wait 2 more days for it to be out for delivery. I ordered this package almost a month ago.

Terrible service. Paid extra for express post service 3-4 days, now day 5 and Canada Post can't say anything except give me a lame apology.

Most of the time the packages i send end up arriving at their destination early or on time and i am always pleased to say they are in great condition !
