Worst experience ever with Canada Post. Ordered some expensive material from Australia. Received a card in the mailbox. Headed to pickup location wasn't there. Advised that it was dropped of in a different location 30km away from where I live. Called the other location. Sweet lady tried to look for the package by address and didn't find it. Headed to the location to look for myself. Wasn't there. Called Canada post and advised. They said it was delivered and signed for. In advised them how could it have been delivered when the card I have states that I need to pay $50 for custom fees. They opened a ticket to investigate where the package is. Still waiting and my small business is on pause

I dropped the package off at 4 pm Wednesday at a postal outlet and was told 6 business days for delivery which would be Friday the next week. The parcel arrived Monday afternoon! Awesome service!

I have never had a peiblem with Canada Post.I like the delivery people. There always friendly and courteous. I've haven't met a grouchy one yet. I've tried a couple of the top delivery companies and they're nothing but a joke. Both must be run by 5 yr olds.

Faster than I thought

This thing says my parcel was "delivered" at 10:30 this morning and it's now 7:30 at night and of course it's not there....

Hi I order this in November and I stay uk scotland and I'm still wait to but this has been the longest I've ever had to wait for a delivery I even payed extra for delivery

Worst way to send your package. Tracking is never shown even after paying for it

When I try to track my package, I receive a message " waiting for package"

Very slow and not reliable

my parcel supposedly came from China ( 1 pair of socks) it landed in B.c. on Nov. 20th it went to 3 different places there, was released in Vancouver on Nov.24 was in transit on Nov 26th that was the last update I got.it arrived Dec 3rd and I received it Dec. 5th. and the packaging says it came from Mississauga Ontario So why did it come from Ontario and take 14 days to arrive in Oakville mb not very good service .

My parcel in montreal since 19 September still waiting on it there no excuse for this ? I want this parcel asap

Mrs Evans sorry to hear that your Priority Post hasn't made it to Bonnie Scotland yet... Did you get a tracking number for your pkg/letter? Hopefully you did because then it can be tracked from the PO to the sorting plant scanned going in to be sorted for Priority going to UK then (all priority container) scanned to transit to airport, scanned when loaded onto a/c when a/c arrives Glasgow container is scanned in transit to sorting plant in Glasgow, sorted to container to destination City PO delivery station scanned, scanned going into destination PO then when the Postie gets your pkg or letter scanned out for delivery and at some point it will be delivered that day. Now if its going to the Islands there are a few more added steps in there as some of the small islands whether delivery by boat or a/c. I should add that Nov/Dec is CP and other countries busiest time because of Xmas and you would faint if you saw the amount of mail and pkgs being processed coming in and coming out 24hours a day. Check your tracking number online and see if your pkg made it to Scotland if its still showing Glasgow or another UK sorting plant contact Canada post and tell them to phone them and trace your pkg according to your tracking # And also tell them you want you $40 refund back because it hasn't made it to destination in the guaranteed delivery time... all the best from Ontario

Terrible service. I absolutely hate going to the post office. Stuff gets lost, misplaced and super unorganized. What should take me 10 min in and out turns Into a 30 minute waste of time. Get better organized!!!!
