Slow poor service

Expedited Mail is too slow. Probably a waste of money.

Ordered a package from the next province over and it said 1-2 day delivery time, but now it’s been 10/11 days and the only update that’s I have which hasn’t changed since the first day I ordered my parcel is “item picked up by Canada post”. I guess they lost it before they could even get it to the processing place (4 min drive)……only ever had a horrible time with canada post and I hate them with my guts

I posted a letter nov 17 Priority Post cost nearly $40 to go to Scotland from NS and today Dec5 it still hasn’t arrived.Very disappointed with this service.Never again..

Seriously you guys gave a problem my package sitting in mississauga ont for no reasons

Maybe I cancel my parcel order a new one might get here faster then being stuck where it is

Sent November 23 and no update since 30 November it is now December 4

I have been waiting for a Christmas parcel for over a month. They said that they left two messages at the door. Which is very untrue. Also nothing at the post office. Now I understand the parcel is getting returned. Very terrible service

No updates since I dropped my package off 4 days ago. Ask an expert is some kind of scam that has nothing to do with Canada Post. No details other than my package is in Stoney Creek for the last 4 days. Hate this new web site for tracking.

Sent a package 4 days ago down to the US....why is it in Mississauga, Ontario? Totally the opposite way!

I received a notification on December 01 2022 that my mailbox is topsided and without a hand rail so mail delivery is suspended till December 22. After reading that message I went to remove the box and relocate it to the front of the house and it took me just 20 minutes. So my question is why on earth will Canada post suspend delivery to our address for that long because of a very simple solution. The answer is incompetence and apathy. Can someone tell me when was the last time Canada post posted a profit. They rely on taxpayers handout back to back to survive and yet underperforme. It a high time they look at their operations and stop making excuses.
