Very expensive and incredibly slow. Extra fuel charge is a joke. If there was an option for zero stars I would use it.

Not at all impressed. Put a small package in your mailbox on warrender ave nov30th in Etobicoke in the M9r4b2 4b2 area and still your records are saying have not received or scanned it yet so i assuming your agent that cleared that box never delivered it to your depot for processing. I’ve worked in the courier industry for 30 years and I know the ins and outs of freight processing.I insured the package but since I can’t prove I dropped it off at the mailbox, I,m out 300.00. My suggestion to you is to find out what agent was working that route nov30th clearing the boxes, because something fishy might be going on. I have always put my trust in Canada Post. I'm a little relieved when I find out they'll be the ones delivering my parcel. I get alot of parcels and Canada Post is the only one I don't have a complaint about. Thank you Canada ?

Canada Post, you should be ashamed! I mailed a package, cost was $29, PLUS $10 fuel surcharge??? The parcel was going les than 250 km, it took the agent 10 min to process it before it went into a bin. If the truck takes 6 packages, that’s $240. That should pay the fuel, driver & agent, & I’m sure the truck leaves with more mail than 6 small packages.! This is a disgrace.

Been used twice. First package never arrived even though they said it did. Second package is now over 5 days with a no show. I'm not happy . Do not use this service if at all possible. No one can ever seem to help you either , they have an oh well that's too bad attitude.

Very upset with the service I post a document rejestered almost 1 month now and I don't know where is it can't track it or nothing .

I have always used and will always use Canada post, they offer the same services as the other carriers at a fraction of the cost.

they are always late, lose parcels. still have to go and pic up parcel. to to good to bring to our unit.why bothere calling yourself delivery.

I am kind of satisfied with CP’s service. My parcel was sent to Edmonton after getting released by the custom in BC but I am in Calgary. Chatted with the virtue assistant and was told it was planned like that, parcels go to different sorting facilities before heading to the destination. One day later, my parcel got processed in Calgary.

Shows my parcel was delivered but I never received it.
