Watching my parcel sit in Kitchener for 2 days...why it went from Hamilton to Kitchener when the destination is St. Catharines is beyond me!

Canada post please deliver my parcel to pincher creek almost 1 month now still my package still in calgary. I will never send any package again to Canada post this will be my first and last time

Why would an item that is going to MB be sent From Ont to NB then Quebec....very illogical

Sent from Calgary to Ottawa, currently sitting in New Brunswick. Why it went that far I have no idea. Considering I send 10+ parcels a month, time to switch to a better courier. Not worth the bad feedback

I dropped two parcels at the post office on Nov 29, 2022. One has been delivered the other is still at the post office. Why?

My parcel was in Toronto an hour away and I’ve been tracking it and now it’s in Montreal. 5 hours away and going to be 2 days longer getting here and that’s if they don’t send it farther away

Item came from BC to Kitchener I live in Tillsonburg just 1/2 hour away item goes to London for two days now it goes back to Mississauga and I was told to expect it on November 29 this up and down the 401 doesn't make any sense to me and the tracking info in my email has combined the last tracking info with the new info so you don't know what's going on and of course you can't talk to anyone all this is , is a course in agrivation I think I would be better off not knowing anything and when the item arrives it arrives. The last two items I bought on Ebay and were to be sent to the post office in Tillsonburg for me to pick up was also messed up saying the item was in London when it wasn't and last December I ordered a car part on line for Canada Post to deliver to my house my car was a part had no transportation and Canada post delivered my part to a business in town lucky they called me to tell me because they were closing at 5pm for the holidays but I had to pay $45 dollars for a cab to take me to get the part so I could fix my car so yes I am a little up set as to how Canada post operates.

I went to Woodstock PO and they were having a hard time to process. The rep had to call another staff who was on day off to assist with processing. After half an hour they were able to process it. I really appreciate the help but it shouldn’t be this way. There were 7 people in the line up. The computer system wanted a code which 3rd world countries don’t have. There is no mail delivery in Fiji Is. The rep also told me it wasn’t guaranteed the package will arrive there. I paid $113 for the postage for 2 small packages. I have had my packages returned due to covid and had to pay again to resend which still hasn’t reached there. This is very disappointing. I have been sending packages for the last 33 yrs and this year I have had a lot of issues.

I paid extra so a birthday gift would be there before my fathers birthday and here it is almost 2 weeks after his birthday and he still have not received it. Avoid Canada post at all costs. This has happened way too many times. They don’t deserve to have Canada in the title anymore.
