My parcel sat in Calgary for a week before delivery . I’m in in Saskatchewan, only a 10 hr drive . Not sure why it’s at for a week

Very disappointing service including customer service.My parcel with baby formula was supposed to be delivered within 1 business day,I paid $20+ HST and still nothing.Very poor service.Canada Post service feels that it can do everything with people and no one can control them!I will NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING with Canada Post!!You guys don’t deserve even 1 star in ratings!!

Canada post is not to bad the workers do their best but cant satisfy everyone. I am quite pleased with canada post been getting my parcels 2 days in a row now ty. I'm so glad the neighbor moved bc her and the mailman were getting fresh with each other which on the job is not professional so pleased it stopped

Very poor system. Unreliable service. Expecting parcel delivery October and now its already December still no update with my parcel. Even customer service can’t find where my parcel is. ???

I send my parcel by express they said will be in Edmonton next day but still in Inuvik now so It’s really poor service

It is very bad when tracking

I don't know why I pay for express. Canada post in northern communities are not good at all. I paid for express November 17. 2022. 2 day delivery. It is Nov 29, and it finally shows in the system. For 12 days it wasn't popping up...the tracking number. What rhe heck is up with that?!

My son sent me a package Xpress post 2 day delivery Brockville to Brantford 4.5 hour drive It's been 15 days now and no package The package has medicine for my dog This is a disgraceful system Should drop the name Canada post to when we feel like it post

Tracking is useless says parcel was out for delivery and that is it. That was a week ago and the parcel was never delivered nor was the status updated.
