28 days and parcel still not delivered. Can't access tracking. Going to use a Courier Service from now on. Can't trust Canada Post. Sent a letter in April from BC to NB. Arrived two months later. Should have used a pigeon.

My package is supposed to be delivered by July 10. I sent it on May 18, tracker says it’s in Richmond BC since May 25. It is June 16th and hasn’t been delivered. When will it be delivered? I’ve already got an email from Telus telling me I haven’t sent it yet. Where is my package?????

Lets just say im not getting any current updates on my package just saying it ie delayed .can you not tell me why please. Last time you said it was lost but actually you had a flood at your depot so please just give a proper update and what is happening with it please

Parcel was mailed on June 10 and has not yet arrived in Collingwood Ontario. Why did it go to Montreal QC???
