I sent a package canada post I paid for 7 day still the package has not yet received nit good at all

I did a stupid thing and transposed numbers in my address. Jenn in the Kingston main post office was so kind and understanding. She took all my information and said she would help and contact our post person. This morning she called me abd said my parcel arrived aan she personally called the post person to make sure it went in the right direction. Then Jenn called me to say everything was ok and my parcel would be delivered to me. This was absolutely outstanding service. Jenn epitomizes customer service and thanks to my delivery driver.

I’m always impressed with Canada Post’s efficiency and costs. Susan, who works at my local post office (Willoughby Town Centre, Langley, BC), always offers the best mailing options, including costs. She is also very friendly and efficient. Thanks, Susan!

Very poor performance. I paid $104 Canadian dollars to deliver my parcel and promised that it will take only 11 days but it’s already 27 days parcel is still in transit status. Canada post cannot even tell me straight what’s the name and phone number of their receiving counter part in the Philippines. I made a mistake I should send my parcel through UPS.

Still waiting before an update on my parcel. It was mailed April 30, 2024. It is now June 13, 2024. Where is my parcel that I send?

I hope I get a refund because u guys say two day and up to now my package can’t meet and u guys make I pay for it and I need my money back because it didn’t get delivered when it say it would

Haven't heard if the parcel has been received. It was mailed at Post Office on June 10th.

Always delay and poor management… very bad very very bad

I sent my mail on May 12, 2024, and to date, it is still in transit after I was told it would take 2 -3 weeks.
