I am disappointed that I spent $33 to send my package and made sure my item inside was secured. It still ended up broken. Now I'm jumping thru hoops to get my insured package claim. No one to call, it's all on line. The first time I sent something it was stolen.

I am still waiting for my package through Post Office EMS until now it's still in British Columbia they said it will take 1 week and paid big amount until now i don't received it.

I always send packages to Ottawa n Quebec n even though the rates are expensive it gets there in good time

Passport office sent my passport and Canada post received it on Nov 4, but they sent it back on Nov 7, because nobody picked it up, but I didn’t get any notification from Canada Post. How they sent it back? Who is responsible for this? I want to complain to high officials,

I sent 3 letters to Cairo Egypt in February and in April and they are nowhere to be found… they never received them … extremely disappointing …

I paid the extra fee for express post, 2-3 delivery for $30, I mailed the envelope on November 15, it was received November 22. How in hell is that 2-3 days??

My Parcel Came from Richmond BC and I am leaving at FSJ BC they pick up my parcel and send to Montreal and send back to Edmonton. What the ********* whats going on Canada Post

I can usually depend on Canada Post to deliver my packages in a timely fashion. However, recently, I have been waiting for a couple of parcel that left Ontario on Sept. 11, arrived Montreal on the 12th September but have not yet left Montreal according to the tracking information. Tracking numbers are: 1. GD 313204354CA 2. GD 316805640CA No doubt, I am wondering where those packages could be after all this time. Is there such a backlog that this delay happens? Does this mean that more workers are needed at the Montreal sorting g plant? If anyone has had the same experience, please write a review. I continue to believe in Canada Post and strongly believe it is the most valuable and efficient package delivery system for all of Canada.

Every time I get something shipped by Canada Post it is late ! Worst possible delivery service ! There isn't anything they can't screw up ..... would I recommend them ... NO !

If l can I like rate Canada Post zero star. Never use Canada Post for international parcel.There’s over one month still stay in the airport. Horrible Horrible Horrible……..
