My view my parcel left Saint Zenon. Quebec had to go to Montreal 3 hrs. Away and then from. St como back up in thee mountains it took only 3 days just that I find it expensive too mail it was just too pairs of gnome made slippers. Cost 23 dollers

I posted a letter on 9 November,2022 to India but it says it has reached Indela. What is this? I don’t know.

My parcel showed delivered a week ago but now it just showing in transit and still saying they are finding it…so bad service…very dissapointed

Sent a pkg a week ago took 3 days to move from Dieppe N.B. to St Johns NFLD. Now its sitting there since Last Monday. Why no extreme weather conditions like is reported. Want it delivered. Never again from a retired postie

Really bad service I sent my parcel by Canada post it was express service They told me it will take 2to3 business days now its 13 days still not delivered I called ten times talk to 3 supervisor they told me still under investigation pls do not send anything trough canada post

Don’t know why we pay big prices for express post. Sent something last Monday and it didn’t reach its destination till today. Service is awful.

Delivery on time. Good handling of the packages and very cheerful staff.

I sent a package priority post and it was supposed to arrive on the 16th and now the 22nd still in transit. I now fight with my insurance provider for the package as my insurance for item inside has now expired due to delay in being delivered

It’s simply not working, what should I say? The QR code on my receipt didn’t open Canada Post, and when I found the tracking site on my own the number is unknown to you.

A parcel from Demark arrived in Montreal and was send to New Brunswick. I live in Toronto!!! Not the first time.

I'm so dissapointed with what was supposed to be considered Xpresspost delivery service. It was a simple envelope weighing 0.026kg, with a fuel surcharge of $6.53, with a total cost of $35.25. Sent in the evening on Nov. 7th...arrived today, Nov. 22nd. Is this what Expresspost from Ontario, Canada to Florida, US is considered...15 days...minus weekends??? This is very dissapointing...and truly ridiculous!!!

Still waiting on a package that was processed on Nov 17 less then an hour from my house. It is now Nov 22 and still nothing.

I gave a review yesterday which indicated I was thoroughly dissatisfied with your service. I see in tracking that my letter has not moved from yesterday's location. What are you doing????

I just received a delivery at 1:05pm at 890 Sheppard Avenue West, Unit 404 and the Canada Post female was extremely rude. When called me through my buzz code she intentionally hung up on me and said that if I didn’t get downstairs now that I could pick it up. Pick it from where I don’t know because that’s when she hung up on me. Very poor service and absolutely no customer service skills.
