I always use Canada Post, they are very professional and the packages always get where there suppose to !

My US abound parcel has only gone 90 km in 5 days! It’s stuck in Winnipeg. Horribly inefficient. ?

6 days after mailing it in Sarnia, my letter has only made it to Chicago. After being sent to Mississauga, Can Post could have sent it on to the Buffalo NY border (approx. 3 hours away) and then on to its ultimate destination of Parksville NY about an hour and a half away from Buffalo. Instead my letter traveled back past Sarnia to Chicago where it will now have to make it's way back again to New York. I can't believe that even a federal organization with highly paid employees could be so inefficient. I paid $16 for the privilege of sending this by parcel post when I could have mailed it for free and had it arrive sooner. I give you no rating at all.

I have been very disappointed in the delivery system. I'm not sure who is at fault, probably Amazon for saying 2 day delivery, then posting an automatic apology for late parcel. Very frustrating!!!

They say delivered but cannot account for the delivery. This is not a good way to do business

Excellent Pick Up & Delivery Service

On September 28 I sent a money order to the pension office in Germany. The deadline was Oct 26. It has still not been delivered!!! The tracking system has not been updated since October 3rd. I am trying to contact the German pension office and there is no answer. I don’t know what to do st this point...

Horrible service. Paid extra for 3 business day delivery. Not delivered. Go with UPS!!

I cannot believe it has taken this long to send a registered package that cost a fortune to send for a small envelope. Canada Post is an aweful service. Not happy.

You failed to deliver the parcel sent to me (the address was 100% correct) and took it back to the sender. What sort of a thing is this? the rating should be zero

WHY WOULD YOU NOT DELIVER MY PARCEL TO ME AND DECIDE TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE SENDER WITHOUT A NOTICE? THIS IS MY FIRST PARCEL FROM CANADA POST BUT THIS IS A VERY BAD IMPRESSION

I find Canada Post way over priced..Had to stop sending parcels to South America..sad
