Needed a package sent as quickly as possible. Canada post claims 2 business day shipping when using express. The package has sat at its original place of shipping for 2 days!!!! I completely understand why Canada post can’t get a higher rating then 2.5 out of five stars

Living in a remote community with postal delivery three times a week, I've nothing but praise for the Canada Post, BC division. receiving parcels from offshore is another concern. Having to go to the USA first, Vancouver second, to Mississauga Ontario third for whatever reason that modern day x-ray equipment can't do is a bloody pain in the @ss, back to BC back and forth from Richmond to Vancouver, back to Richmond... Better than stage coach; NOT as GOOD as daily AIR MAIL to My Community, Bella Coola as in the sixties and seventies..

Worst ever...dont respect their delivery estimates. Sent a package with 4 business day delivery estimate from Montreal to Mississauga. 7 business days later it's still sitting in a warehouse in Mississauga. Best is intelcom...then Amazon FedEx and purolator Canada post is almost always late without reason.

Worst delivery service I have ever used. Sent a package with 4 business day delivery from Montreal to Mississauga. ..cool I thought. 6 business days later it's still sitting in Mississauga. They should take a lesson from intelcom. ..delivery always on time and they tell you when the driver is on his way to bring YOUR package. Amazon, FedEx, and purolater are almost just as good. Canada post is very rarely on time with their delivery estimates.

Delivery of parcels is very bad the parcel goes out for delivery and come back to the post office for next day delivery for no reason whatsoever

It's been 3 weeks since I shipped my international parcel. It hasn't still left Canada. Came to Montreal, then went to Richmond, BC, then returned to Montreal and has been sitting there for 5 days. What a poor service!

Super bad service..never again. I paid almost $100 CA. To guarantee for 9 business day to Macau. It's still not receive. It's been almost 3 weeks. I need this refund. It's urgent.

Not very good at all. I put the tracking number in and I got that I put it at the post office four days ago. So where is it now?

I like going with Canada Post because they always figure out a way to get the package to me.

Worst service ever. It says express delivery. I could have put my stuffs in a regular mail and it would have gotten to its recipient by now, the sad thing is uts only going to the other side of town. Real sad man

I sent a package out on monday 14 11 22 was told it would take 7 days for delivery they received it in 4 days

terrible terrible service!!! 5 to 12 days they say on day 30 now
