Bad service ? Sent a letter to south America from Mississauga 6 weeks ago and according to the tracking the envelope went to Manitoba, then to Ottawa and now it is in Montreal ???? Same day I sent a.pacakage to Boston and 6 weeks later nothing has arrived. Because I didn't pay the service to track the package I don't where it is. I learn my lesson....next time use Purulator.

I sent a parcel by Express Post on Canada Post. Was supposed to get there by Tuesday, Wednesday night. Still waiting for package to get to Montreal.

I paid for the most expensive guarantee next business day delivery on 14 Nov on a time sensitive document to Vancouver and till now its still In Transit. Its the 16th and still In transit. When i spoke to the agent she gave all the excuses one would expect. I asked for a refund on the day that it was supposed to arrive and has yet to hear from them. If canadapost cant deliver their guarantees, then they shouldnt post it on their website.

Sent a parcel to my niece in Dresden, Germany. Now over 6 weeks and she has still not received same. Where is the package? Canada Post unable to say.

It's really disappointing that the package to be delivered on the 17th, 2022 is still in Montreal.

Have had two parcels in less then a year delivered what I Can’t understand is why a parcel headed to Peterborough would leave Mississauga to go to Montreal Quebec to return around to be shipped back to Peterborough ??? Now I know why it cost what it does to send something.smh

Good service from Canada Post, my mail arrived on time before the 3 days

they charge 52 dollars for an envelope they said 10 days and parcel still didn't get to the destination

My cargo came out 21 days ago from Turkey, it still has no updated information. I didn't expect it to be this bad.

Very bad service. They have not been able to deliver documents within the city for two weeks. Although the payment was taken as for fast delivery.

Excellent Job Canada Post ,,,,,office said 5 to 6 days for delivery it was delivered in 4 days
