I send lots of parcels to my daughters in two different universities. Have never had a problem, and they always get their items.

Still waitingon parcel . The explanation given as to why parcel cant be found is apparantly canada post forgets to scan then someone eventually gets a free gift. Perhaps someone czn take blame and confess as to where and why these things happen . Hasnt been the first time.

Great services, I always used this service and am satisfied with it.

I had similar problems with Canada Post, one parcel lost, another was sent to Newfoundland and had to be rerouted to me in Northwestern Ontario, it took over 2 weeks to finally get to me. Slow incompetent service. Stop using Canada Post.

Great service and a good tracking app that allowed me to track an order as it moved across Canada in a timely fashion, Thank you CP!

Using Canada post is the worst experience I have ever seen!

Slow. And unreliable. My package got LOST. Overall C.S. sucks I'm not happy (The package they lost was a gift for my DYING GRANDPA.)

Package did not receiveduntil now Regular mail already 25 days since was mailed out

A 2 day delivery and Canada Post fulfilled it's promise! Thank you.

Always slow, unreliable and full of excuses. I wish Amazon and others would stop using Canada post
