Got moved to new mail box by Canada Post that causes us 5.4 extra km to pick up the mail as we never go that direction. Went to get a parcel there today that we had an email from Canada confirming it was delivered to the community mailbox 2 hours ago. Parcel is not there so we are likely going to have to go back to town 18 km tomorrow to pick it up.

Why I need to fill up new account with my credit card?

Purchased something online with a tracking number. Tracked it until it crossed into Canada but don’t know where. Received an email from Canada Post saying it was being held in a warehouse due missing address number and wanted credit card to pay $4 to get it resent. Found out it was a scam. Right after got an email from LocMyParcel saying they would help get my parcel moving again for a cost of $.76. Stupid me paid it with my credit card because I wanted to get my parcel. My Credit card was billed $76 without authorization. (Fraud) My parcel finally arrived through Canada Post. Lesson learned

When I talk to Canada post how long it will take the package to deliver in my country. They said 10 days only. Last August 19, I made my decision to send the package tru Canada post. Everyday I check it with the tracking and on my home country. They said the package is not yet received until now. Today is September 13., 2024. If it’s 10 days August 29 they will receive the item but until now they have not receive anything. I pay the fastest way. And you know the package is only clothes 5 pcs only and you pay more than just to deliver it on time.This item will be use next week. What’s happening guys.

Your postal system sucks! Two weeks to get a package from Yellowknife to Alberta! I could have walked and carried it quicker!
