my parcel has been sitting stationary in ontario for a week and a half

Very efficient and economical way to ship a parcel. And the staff at the Ridgeway, ON post office were more than helpful and provided superb customer service.

They sent an email saying my package was delivered and it was not ???

Not happy at all with my postal outlet. I sent a parcel which cost just under 20.00, I gave the address to the postal agent to input. The parcel was returned to me as the street name was wrong. I went back to the postal outlet showed them the mistake but still had to pay over 20.00 now as fuel surcharge had increased. Not happy that I had to pay twice when the mistake was made on their end. No mailing anymore parcels.

Well…sometimes good sometimes not, never gets there when they say, I’m used to that. Prices are ridiculous though.

I've lived in the James Bay area and now further South in Northern Ontario. I have never had a complaint except for my impatience. CP You have always done great for me. Even when I had a package damaged the insurance payment was like literally 2 days later. No complaints from me, keep up the good job.

Bunch of useless ppl that work at Canada post.

I entered a tracking number I was given and it came up with an exception error no other information was given, very frustrating when you don't have to e to call and get more info

So far....my parcels have been delivered safely. Thank you Canada post for getting them delivered.

I haven't received Orderm

My package was received October 17, in Canada and it still hasn’t been delivered , this is the worst customer service I have ever seen

They never buzz the code provided and than have to go pick up next day at there locations

Mailed a package August 29/22 was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get to the UK I’ve been tracking the package…. After 2 months, it still sits in Montreal, absolutely pathetic service, will never trust Canada Post with my deliveries again….. in order to post this review I have to hit at least one star, but they don’t deserve it

Parcel is tracked as possible being late...sent to a community 45km away, Port Hardy, instead of as addressed to Port Mcneill

I am waiting for a package since the 12th September with no words from Canada post
