The speed post parcel reached Canada in 4 days but yet to deliver in Toronto more than 30 days..No clarity..No information..Pathetic..

I was suppose to have a exoensive piece of paper packaged delivered to a shipping center as you did you would not ship to a P.O BOX #,,, Long story short it was delivered to God knows who and now I'm at a great loss, also still searching, -5 stars

Canada post says it was delivered. The recipient didn't not receive package. 7 days more like 3weeks and still MIA

I paid express so expensise and was delivered at the wrong zip code

Right now there is a handicapped senior citizen crying her eyes out because now she has nothing to give her friends and family for Christmas. I've listened to her tell them about how she doesn't leave the house due to health issues,how the tracking information says that the parcels where delivered on Thanksgiving day (yea right a postal worker). How the delivery receipts aren't signed like it says they should be and that her dogs would have barked if someone had come near the door. Lastly she tried to show them how for over a month there was updates for the parcel on the tracking system of there own website. I've listened to her plead with employee after employee who tell her that the shipper is the only person who can request they look for the parcels. I've even helped her call China and get hung up on we decided because she doesn't speak Chinese. This women isn't dumb and I've done what I can. She was a Dispatcher and driver for purplator but man I want to slap someone. On the way home we go past the warehouse the software is showing that the parcels are in,and I shack my head.

We were guaranteed the parcel would arrive on November 1 and it did not. The tracking nu.ber does not allow for accurate information about the parcel. I will choose another option ext time

I'm not satisfied with your service. I can't track my parcels.

The package took 2 weeks to get here from Ontario and the tracking told me it would arrive at 8 pm yesterday. Now my paid for package is out there somewhere. Canada post will never be my first choice for package delivery

Fast delivery got to destination a lot quicker than they said

I got a tracking number but it dont tell you anything . Can't find any info on this packages . Canada Post you should give more information with your tracking numbers .

Piss my parcel it still in Montreal warehouse since September 19 And still no information when I get it I'm starting no to trust post canada no more
