Once again today we get a notification that they tried to deliver but were unsuccessful. We live in an apt building and seems they don't like to get out of their vehicle to deliver. Much easier to day unsuccessful. Little do they know it shows if we missed a call from the buzzer and once again that is a big NO!

Very poor service I have wItting a month to get my express parcel delverd from Australia so I had to wait 31 days until they delverd the envelope canada post is to behind USA and England and Australia it will be better if they close and use Amazon to deliver the mail for them I will give them one star only

I NEVER HAD SUCH A WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE ALL MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARE MISPLACED IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS I AM WAITING IT WAS SUPPOSE TO GO TO US. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

Second time that my package from the US does not get delivered….the sender gets the pkg. back with address unknown!!! It IS correct address!

I wrote a wrong address by mistake and try to change it it is a nedisotion so I don’t want to reach on wrong address if possible can we discard it when reach on destination address

Terrible service, sent registered letter September 21 to Mexico and to date still not received and they can’t even help or track where it is, not a happy customer at all.

I was charged 2 business day shipping fee to just Scarborough. I live in Brampton, as of October 25 and till now I don't even know where the item is. Usless, what kinda rubbish is that

To John A. When your package leaves the country, the tracking is then the responsibility of the country it is sent to. Its not always updated, in this case by the U.K. postal service. I've had this happen multiple times.
