Canada Post reviews

Mailed a package on Oct 17, but tracker is showing it went out on the 16th. Waste of time. Paid to have it delivered in two working days and yet, here it is Oct. 22 and still not delivered.

The Canada Post notification said my parcel arrived but then by some error on behalf of Canada Post staff it got rerouted to a completely different province in eastern Canada! How does that happen and where is my parcel!

Paid express delivery since Oct 17 till now Oct 21 not receiving. been calling for update promise following next day. Big time liar

Paid for two day delivery on Monday. It’s Friday and no delivery as yet. Paid more for postage than for the parcel and still nothing.

Waiting on confirmation that the parcel arrived in California and has been delivered still think Canada post does a good job with the amoint of pkgs they receive

How does Richmond BC continue to send a parcel all around the province. When it's supposed to go back east. ..I seriously don't think they can read. I always pay extra for 3 to 5 days shipping. I track parcel still in BC Unexceptable. Why not give a refund Why not contact the person and let them know that your staff should be fired. Like how can CP be getting worst and worst. Grrrr

CP definitely needs new management. It's impossible to be making the same mistakes over and over again. Ridiculous. My parcel is sitting in Missasaga Ontario for a week now. Like scan and send. Damn

Paid for next day (24 hrs) delivery on Oct 17th & still not delivered today Oct 21st.
